Firearms Restrictions

Although we firmly believe that the 2nd Amendment to the US Constitution gives everyone the right to own whatever firearm they desire in any number they want the Federal Government and many socialist states don't see it that way. Since we are not big fans of going to prison we follow the law. This is how we understand those laws to be. HOWEVER YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR KNOWING THE FIREARM LAWS IN YOUR AREA! Here is a brief rundown of those laws.

These laws change all the time and we are not responsible for knowing the laws in your state. Your FFL dealer however does know the laws and WILL NOT TRANSFER A FIREARM TO YOU IF YOUR NOT ALLOWED TO OWN IT IN YOUR STATE, PERIOD

Most states that have these stupid restrictions waive them for members of law enforcement and or government officials. If your a member of one of these elite groups in one of the slave states that restricts some weapons to regular citizens tough shit. WE WILL NOT SELL YOU THE WEAPON, PERIOD. If these laws are good then they are good for everyone in your state, including you.

California - Handguns as per the CA DOJ Roster of Certified Handguns.
No Hi-Cap Mags without a Hi-Cap Mag Permit. No Semi-Auto Rifles.
Los Angeles, Sacramento, & San Francisco, CA - No Ammo without a FFL.
Connecticut - No Semi-Auto Rifles.
Hawaii - No Pistol Mags over 10rds.
Illinois - Ammo requires a copy of FOID Card.
Maryland - No Handguns. No Hi-Cap Mags over 20rds.
Massachusetts - No Handguns. No Hi-Cap Mags without an FFL.
No Defense/Clip Fed Shotguns. No Semi-Auto Rifles. No Ammo.
New Jersey - No Hi-Cap Mags over 15rds without a FFL.
New York State - No Handguns. No Mags over 10rds.
New York City, Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Staten Island, & Queens - No Handguns.
No Mags over 7rds. No Ammo. No NFA Restricted Items.
Washington, D.C. - No Firearms. No Hi-Cap Mags. No Ammo.
Washington State - No M-16 Bolts.
This list is on no way complete. Many new laws have been passed in the last few years that while do nothing to prevent spree killers from killing you make it harder to defend yourself. We feel for you. Our advise is to move to free America where you are allowed your God given rights interference from the nanny state. We realize this is not possible for most people but there is nothing we can do about it.

Magazine Restrictions

If your state has a magazine limit and you are a member of the protected class, IE law enforcement or government and are exempt from the laws tough shit. We WILL NOT sell you any item that the citizens of your state are not allowed to own. If government policy of the state thinks the item is to dangerous for the peons to own then we are certain its way to dangerous to trust government with. This policy also covers any weapons we sell. Put it this way, we would much rather sell the item illegally to a common citizen in your state than to legally sell it to the people who enforce the laws. We won't do that of course but we would like to. After all the second amendment wasn't written to protect the government from the people It was written so the people could keep the government in line. Passing laws that make an item illegal but allowing the enforcer to have it goes against the intent of the founding fathers.

Listed here are some state laws restricting the sale of certain high-capacity magazines. These are state laws, sometimes there are county or city laws with stricter restrictions. It is your responsibility to be or become familiar with local gun laws.

Florida law allows us to sell long guns to any american citizen. If your using the firearm to hunt or for any other legal use outside of your state where the same type of firearm is restricted then it is still legal for you to purchase and take possession here in Florida. You should know that taking said weapon into a state that it is forbidden for you to own is still a crime.
